This luxury 33-story residential tower by Nabil Gholam Architects in association with RBTA basks in its prime waterfront location along the Marina of Beirut. Large, lavish apartments enjoy expansive views of the Mediterranean Sea and the city below while perching atop five levels of underground parking. By day, the clear and simple lines of the façade blend with the surrounding modern vernacular. By night, the building’s silhouette glows with a crisp white light — a luminous landmark for the Beirut skyline. The floor plans provide six types of spacious apartments (500 sqm to over 1,700 sqm). On the 30th floor, the duplex penthouses, with private pools, benefit from stunning views of the marina. The building includes a health club and spa on ground floor.
