The Zona Franca Logistic Park enjoys a strategic location at the entrance of the city, between the Port and Airport of Barcelona. The 1.3 km long façade, formed by a collection of independent buildings along the main highway, and the dynamic wave-shaped roofs, suggest a strong corporate image. The scheme was designed to ensure maximum natural light into the buildings and allow for flexible space planning. All façades feature a double skin of glass incorporating the latest energy saving systems, and guarantee optimum acoustic and thermal insulation. The buildings, equipped with technical floors and ceilings, provide modern office space for single tenants requiring high efficiency standards. The park provides both underground and outdoor parking.
